Grant Schrantz is an Associate Attorney at the firm. He grew up in Sarasota, FL and got a Bachelor of Arts in English: Professional Writing from Saint Leo University near Dade City, FL. Grant worked his way from the ground up in the legal industry after college. He worked as an office assistant, then a legal assistant, and then a Legal Brief Writer/Paralegal for different law firms. Grant moved to Atlanta to attend Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School in 2020. While at AJMLS, Grant served as a Peer Mentor, was elected a Representative of the Student Bar Association twice, served as the first Executive Director of the Peer Mentoring Program in the law school’s history, and served as the Student Bar Association Treasurer. 

Grant passed the Georgia Bar Exam in July of 2023. He started practicing corporate law and personal injury law his first year as an attorney, but since joining Haug Barron Law Group, has focused exclusively on personal injury. 

Grant also serves as a Public Affairs Officer in the Army National Guard, where he holds the rank of Captain. Grant is an ultramarathon runner, lifts weights, hikes, writes poetry, reads voraciously, hangs out with friends, and volunteers for various causes in his free time.
