Eric Yakaitis – Atlanta Personal Injury Lawyer

Eric Yakaitis is a licensed personal injury lawyer in our Atlanta office. He grew up just north of Atlanta in Roswell, Georgia, where he attended Roswell High School. He has spent his entire life in the state of Georgia, and earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Georgia where he graduated Cum Laude with a major in Real Estate Business. After receiving his education at the University of Georgia, Eric attended law school at Georgia State University in Downtown Atlanta and graduated with honors.

Outside of his job, Eric loves to spend time with his wife, play golf, or spend a morning on the water fishing. You will also find Eric enjoying a gameday in Athens, watching Georgia sports teams whenever he can, or trying different restaurants around the Atlanta area.

Attorney Yakaitis and The Haug Barron Law Group recently represented a client following a car accident resulting in injuries to the client’s neck and lower back. The Defendant failed to maintain his lane and side swiped our client’s vehicle leaving moderate property damage on the driver’s side of the vehicle. The Defendant was within the course and scope of his employment at the time of the accident which allowed us to pursue his employer’s insurance coverage to satisfy the claim. The final pre-litigation offer on the case was $19,500, and after a few months of litigation, Attorney Yakaitis and The Haug Barron Law Group were able to secure a settlement of $90,000 for our client!
